Voice over Internet Protocol
Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) Services is the next generation of telephone being developed at CSU. Please call (970) 491-5881 to see of VoIP is available in your area.
If service is available in your area, proceed to submit your request by selecting the appropriate VoIP option from the menu at the left.
Transition from Octel Voice Mail to Microsoft Exchange Voice Mail
Telecommunications is transitioning all voice mail services to Microsoft Exchange Voice Mail during the first half of 2011. Please use the "Order New Mailbox" link to the left for ordering new voice mail service based on Microsoft Exchange Voice Mail (also referred to as "Exchange Unified Messaging"). Please see http://help.mail.colostate.edu/octelexchangetransition.aspx for further information about the transition from the Octel Voice Mail system to Microsoft Exchange Voice Mail.
